Celebrating 25 years in operation, the
Cornelia Arts Building is one of the largest all-artist-studio buildings on
Chicago's Northside and is a hub of creative practices. Over 45 local
artists and artisans work in this former ice-house, including sculptors,
painters, photographers, ceramic artists, print-makers, jewelry designers,
textile artisans, and more. The Cornelia Arts Building straddles the
border of three distinct Chicago Neighborhoods; Lakeview, Roscoe Village, and
Ravenswood/North Center. Visitors are given the unique opportunity to
visit artists in two full floors of working artist studios.
